My Story
For a long time, the fear of being seen kept me hidden.
I built my world out of impossible standards, believing they would protect me from failure and judgment. Perfectionism drained the joy from even the things I loved.
On the outside it looked like I was moving forward… living in different countries, taking on new studies and pouring myself into work and relationships. But inside I felt restless, burnt out and disconnected.
Invisible, even to myself.
The walls I built for safety had become my prison.
The medicine came through the cracks.
It began with making space inside for every part of me to belong. Through embodied self acceptance and expression, truth began to flow.
Creating became an act of love.
This is why I do what I do.
Because I know what it feels like to hide. To overthink. To question your worth and your voice. And I know the freedom of being witnessed with tenderness, the power of rewriting the old stories, and the joy of finally feeling safe enough to show up as yourself.
What I needed, I now give to others.
I aim to create spaces where you feel safe to soften and empowered to step beyond the barriers that keep you in hiding. Spaces where you can breathe, unravel, and rediscover yourself, where your beauty and brilliance are reflected back to you. Your story becomes the foundation of your visibility. Not something to perform, but something to embody.
Now I weave these threads together into a living practice.
My love of nature, visual storytelling, brand strategy, dance, yoga, and adventure has become a practice devoted to exploring self expression and co-creation.
Based on unceded Bundjalung Country in the Northern Rivers of New South Wales, I offer branding and embodiment photography, personalised mentoring, workshops and intimate retreats.
